We have Sabina Marzadro and her brother Attilio to thank for this now internationally renowned distillery, established in a humble country home during the difficult post-war period in Trentino. It was she who got it in her head to make grappa out of the pomace left out in the courtyards of local winegrowers. Her stubbornness paid off, and today the Marzadro family are a quintessential Italian success story. In their large facility, which blends naturally and easily into the countryside, they produce grappa that is firmly rooted in tradition, sophisticated and elegant, from monovarietal grappas (Marzemino, Nosiola, Chardonnay, Prosecco etc.) to blends, to herbal infusions and aged grappas. They also make liquors, which stand out for their dynamic, modern quality and are available in a variety of natural flavors (pear, blueberry, raspberry, apricot, peach, Williams pear...). They also organize interesting and informative guided visits of the facility.
