Flavours from the italian coast in the heart of Wan Chai. Everything recalls the south of Italy, from the references to the ships, to the ceramics and the colours. We tasted a salad with anchovies, arugula, crescione cheese and peanuts; then, we moved to some very much agreeable bucatini with sardines (although we are used to eating them a little more al dente), bread crumbs and scented fennel: the sauce was well conceived and put together. Lastly, an almond ice cream. The equation is efficient, dynamic and amusing. The service is young and smooth. An interesting new entry in our guide!
