Stefano Nicodemo, Neapolitan native of the town of S. Giorgio in Cremano, manages to get the best Italian ingredients despite strict Chinese import regulations. Since opening in 2014, here one can taste dishes prepared with the finest ingredients, perfectly assembled and presented by Stefano, thanks to his background training with great chefs, including Alain Ducasse. His creative cuisine maintains Italian authenticity standards, and reaches its peak with the seared scallops, served with 'nduja mayo and a cream of Neapolitan broccolini. This dish is incisive and perfectly balanced in its many flavours. We enjoyed the lemon risotto with oysters, bottarga and Beluga caviar. The wine list is remarkable, boasting classic prestigious labels as well as original weekly proposals.
