Vivacchus is a very elegant wine bar, owned by a small but powerful woman. Masaki Ayako is an AIS sommelier with a 360-degree visceral passion for wine. She recently published a book for novices in the wine world, explaining how to appreciate wine, even without extensive knowledge. She chooses her team members with care, especially the chef. All dishes are meant to pair with some specific wine, or a specific “wine menu”, and she is always trying to create some new experience for her customers. Go there to have a fine dinner with perfectly paired wine or just sit down in the counter and enjoy a glass talking with her. It is also a perfect place to be alone and meditate, glass in hand.
