La Zagra’s owner Antonio Sturiale serves mostly Sicilian cuisine, merged with the reality of Zurich, through a careful selection of ingredients from Sicily. Among the homemade pasta dishes, think of the stuffed cappelletti with meat, topped with the parmigiano cream, but ask the chef to cook it Italian style – al dente! A well-thought-out wine list.
