Elio, Desireè, Michelle and Fabienne Marsiglia curate the fine cuisine of Ristorante Riviera as if it were in their own home. Ligurian olive oil of excellent quality and the well-built and well-presented Mediterranean traditional pasta dishes include sumptuous Spaghetti from Gragnano of the Gerardo di Nola brand topped with clams on a cream of turnip tops. The elegant ambiance is relaxed with sleek modern lines and touches of nostalgia with Lambretta scooters and vintage Vespas and a fantastic view on the isthmus of Lake Thun, nestled in the Bernese Oberland mountains. The pizza is well-made, thanks above all to the refined ingredients. The wine list shows great expertise with unusual choices but obviously the result of attentive research.
