This is Thailand’s first ever natural wine bar, brainchild of Giulio Saverino and his long standing experience in the Bangkok food and wine scene. Personally selected small artisan winemakers from all over the world, with a fancy for Italian labels, of course. During our last visit, we tasted great names by the glass, such as De Bartoli, Primosic, Occhipinti and La Stoppa, as well as some impressive wines from Australia and Spain. Many orange wines that macerate the skins along with the grapes, and a fine food offer from organic and verified supply chain. Interesting the risotto nero with squid, or the slow roasted lamb chops with Jerusalem artichokes. One of city’s favorite hangout for the many westerners visitors.
