In a very central street of Prague, near the Powder Tower, friendly chef Jovo, a Czech Republic native, is an explosive mixture of Mediterranean affability, practicality and good flavours. The seafood of Italy finds dignified dimension in the fresh and elegant location of Kogo's terraces, even more so in the raw or cooked dishes of the huge menu. The wine list, boasting excellent Italian wineries, is extensive. All ingredients appear to have been “gathered yesterday.” The menu features excellent meat and fish, as well as excellent desserts. One note: it would be advisable to reduce the number of menu items and individual serving sizes.
