Not far from the Cathedral, a few steps from the central station, in Cologne, is Damiano Pizzichetti’s restaurant, which is a safe landing space for all those who seek a well-made italian cuisine with well-chosen raw materials. The menu, not long but grounded, doesn’t have roots in any specific italian region, but takes the best of the whole Country, adding a hint of contemporaneity. Must-try, on a menu that changes often, is the tagliolini with truffle dish. Smart and reasonable the wine list.
