Alcova del Frate

Small and welcoming, Alcova del Frate is situated just a stone's throw from Ponte Pietra. A cozy room whose walls are adorned with plenty of wine bottles greets visitors (though there are a few outdoor tables as well). You can come in for a glass of wine or a proper meal, and stay late. Try the classic bigoli with donkey ragout "all'Amarone", but also the delicious scampi and passion fruit tartare or their "super" Adriatic clams.
