Antica Bottega del Vino

This is the home of Amarone, a showcase (for decades, including hosts of editions of Vinitaly) of wine in Verona that's been solidly in the hands of the association for some years now. It uses the venue (with discretion and insight) for events and special tastings. In the meantime, the Bottega continues its daily activities uninterrupted, on the back of its warm chicken salads and obligatory creamed cod, the snail bourguignonne and the deeply Italian eggplant parmesan, offering a range of rare gems or classic wines from its bottomless vault.
