Famous address, born in 1946 thanks to Franco Picone, as a great promoter of quality wine, and rich today in a heritage of memory with few equals. The venue has been more or less the same for three quarters of a century; only the interior spaces have been made more comfortable and rational, with a tasting room, and well-lit exposure. You can sit for a nibble, an aperitivo, an after-dinner (until 11.30 pm) browsing through about 7,000 labels (including wines, spirits, liqueurs, craft beers). Great attention is lent to the world of Champagne, and the so-called "natural" and biodynamic wines. Vera Bonanno purchases, advises, serves and "narrates" the wines: expert, passionate and never biased.
