Atmosphere of bygone times. In this semi-countryside area that goes from the Darsena to the agricultural periphery, a few years ago the "kitchen with vegetable garden" of Danilo Ingannamorte and Alice Delcourt opened, creating a significant synergy between place and gastronomic offerings. Yes, because this in/out––interiors and the veranda and the vegetable garden with what arrives in the dishes––has real coherence here. Hyper-vegetable cooking, therefore, but not vegetarian, where vegetables are valued for goodness and beauty. And where the chef's globe-trotter background fills the menus (at favourable prices, tasting menus or not) with spices, essences, herbs that geolocate flavours all over the globe. The wine list––unusual and artisanal––follows the dishes gracefully. The service is proper.
