A menu composed of dishes based on dry pasta: a beloved and tested formula of the restaurant located on the second floor of Pastificio Di Martino pasta store. Unique and one of its kind, it stands in the city center overlooking the Maschio Angioino castle. An elegant dining room focused on an open counter/kitchen. Here Pierpaolo Giorgio masterfully prepares pasta dishes created with chef Peppe Guida (chef of Osteria di Nonna Rosa in Vico Equense, see below). Among the tastings we appreciated the vermicelli with acqua pazza roast and cod, the legendary spaghetti with lemon water and Provolone del Monaco, without ever forgetting the classics such as sumptuous ziti alla genovese or the Devozione, formidable spaghetti with tomato sauce.
