Organic practice is a life philosophy here. The 350-hectare estate, certified organic since 2008, is at Ghizzano, a small village on the Pisa hills: 20 hectares planted with vineyards and the remainder with cereal crops, woods and poplar groves. The cellar and oil mill surround the tower built by the Veronesi Pesciolini family in 1370. The oil is made from the frantoio, razzo, moraiolo, and leccino varieties.
