After the important adventure with Bombana in Beijing, Marino d'Antonio, chef of Abruzzo origins, launched himself in Shanghai in this elegant restaurant, on the second floor of The Middle House Residences. The kitchen offers regional specialties, with some chef classics such as tagliolini with lamb meatballs; pappardelle with wild boar or a fine Milanese cutlet. There is also room for Roman pinsa in a large and varied menu. Wine is mainly Italian, with a good selection of spirits to finish.
