Paolo Bonomelli's Ca' Rainene is one of the most interesting and innovative farms in the area north-east of Lake Garda. The olive groves spread out over the Torri del Benaco hills, creating a sort of open-air artwork that enriches the hillside landscape. The farm has 3,000 olive trees used to make four types of oil, and it operates a short supply chain, with every processing phase traceable and certified. Products are exported to Germany and Japan.
