This company has established itself in the upper ranks of national production of spirits, with the Bepi Tosolini line named after the founder, who built manual steam alembic stills that are still used today, the secret behind an excellent product. In 1973 the large distillery opened in Povoletto, with its traditional stills, again steam-fired and artisan, like the new bain-maries which were added. Bepi Tosolini products are divided into lines: single variety grappas, the Most series (obtained from distillation of selected grapes with the best array of aromas, and available in finely crafted bottles, glass and ampoules) and grappas from mixed grapes (prestigious black grapes, single variety moscato rosa, ramandolo, fragolino, ribolla gialla and the legendary picolit) The I Legni series consists of selected spirits aged in barriques in the Tosolini family cellars. Over time these have been joined by digestifs, spiced liqueurs and brandies.
