His flagship is a PGI nougat, made by hand with excellent ingredients and available in many shapes and sizes: soft, coated, with cinnamon, bergamot, rum, orange, etc.. Then there are almond and chocolate crisps, coated figs, almond paste, chocolate-coated citrus peel, and typical Christmas recipes like susamelle, mustaccioli, piparelli, and panettone.
