Here in Val Grue, in the Tortona area, Riccardo Franzese decided to start his craft microbrewery, naming it after the village where it is located. The main feature of the beers produced, which stand out from others, in addition to their slow ageing, is the fact that local ingredients are used, like volpedo peaches, bella garbagna cherries, or even timorasso grapes. There are about 20 labels, each with its own characteristics, and in the most varied of styles, from classic to seasonal.
