The Maggiarra family has been growing and processing olives since 1947. Its property extends over hillside plots at 400500 metres above sea level, on the northern slopes of the Ausoni mountains. The four hectares of olive groves are planted with 3,000 itrana trees, and are all certified organic, also producing table olives. It exports its products primarily to Europe.
