Now the business is supported by two operating systems, one traditional, using antique granite wheels, and the other a continuous centrifugal extraction plant. We are in the Piceno hills where the tender ascolana olive has been grown for centuries. Alongside its oil, the company offers cosmetic products, delicious chocolate spreads made with EVO, black olive preserves, and condiments.
