Founded in 1935 by Natale Leonardi, today Igor's super modern facility of 22,000 square metres (easily reached from highway A4) is equipped with systems for producing, aging and packaging cheese. The third generation of family haven't let down their guard in terms of guaranteeing quality and investing in innovation while respection tradition and the environment. Gorgonzola is their crown jewel. Made with free-range milk and aged for 70 days, the cheese is gluten and lactose-free. There are different versions, from the aged Gran Riserva to the sweet PDO, extra-sharp gorgonzola, Casa Leonardi (soft and creamy) and organic. There are also tomini cheeses, mozzarella, mozzarella and ricotta, taleggio, grana and gorgonzola cream. Their Blu di Capra, made from goat's milk, sets itself apart for its particularly delicate blue cheese flavor.
