This story of this farm, now owned by Eugenio and Luciano Presti, goes back to 1880 with the Gulino family, when a decision was made to devote it almost exclusively to olive growing, leading to the gradual establishment of the company olive mill. The property covers 15 hectares, ten of which are certified organic, and it has around 1,250 olive trees, almost all over a century old. After being hand-harvested, the drupes are placed in small crates and crushed a few hours later in the farm's own modern continuous-cycle olive mill.
