In 2010 a group of friends with a shared passion for beer decided to start up this craft microbrewery. Following its success, the premises were moved from the original base in Via Solferino, which is just the pub now, to a production shed on the southern outskirts of the city. The brewery offers 14 types of beer, available in various sizes, each with a name that pays homage to Livorno traditions, all made from carefully chosen ingredients, some local, like spelt.
