Beppe Vento opened his brewery in 2002 and his standards are now acknowledged in and out of Italy. Here we find the Artigianale, which is one of the finest Italian interpretations of an English bitter, and the Rodersch, which is inspired by the German kölsch. Also worthy of note, the H10OP5, an almost unreadable formula that describes the use of no less than ten different hops in five different stages of the process; the Leyline flavoured with bearberry honey, and the original Saltinmalto, with coriander and Cervia mild salt.
