Paolo Petrilli is an enlightened businessman and as early as the end of the 1980s he realized that the organic quality route was the way to go to achieve the level of production needed for making a profit and promoting the area. Today his farm is famous for growing and processing tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, used to make classic peeled, diced, filets, purée (also in a spicy version), and ready-to-use sauces. There is also a durum wheat pasta in various shapes and even an organic wine.
