The organic farm with farmhouse hospitality was set up in 1993, and includes a petting zoo as well as about 70 hectares of land for cereals, pulses and vegetables, and a small olive grove. Production focuses on native varieties so we find zolfini, coco and toscanelli beans, and piccino and fiorentino chickpeas. There are also ready-to-use lentils, peas, grass peas, pulses and cereals in jars, soups, purées, and broths; barley and farro mixes; bronze-extruded pasta; stone-milled flour; tomatoes (peeled, puréed, pulp, in salt, and ragout); oil and vegetables in oil; vegetable preserves and even spelt beer.
