For over two centuries the Corneli family has enjoyed a close bond with San Vito in Monte, in the hills between Perugia and Orvieto. Here it grows cereals, pulses, olives and vegetables with sheer passion, applying only organic methods, and processes crops without preservatives, additives or synthetic aromas.
