The brand has four farms, all managed by the Rosso family, a father and two sons, Maurizio e Claudio. And it was precisely the latter, a winemaker, who was bitten by the vinegar bug in the early 1980s, following in the wake of an ancient local tradition. The products are mainly red wine vinegars derived from native vines, including Asì Aceto di Barolo, Asì Aceto di Nebbiolo, and Asì Aceto di Moscato. The vinegar flavoured with a blend of Langhe herbs and the balsamic condiment from the moscato grape are both interesting.
