Careful selection of type of crop and monitoring of processes ensures quality products, including buckwheat flour for polenta taragna; cornmeal; wheat flour; wholemeal rye and spelt flours; rice flour; chickpea flour; almond flour; coconut flour; and chestnut flour. Then there are bread and breadsticks, rice, soup and breakfast cereals, pulses, dried mushrooms, honeys, jams, and much more.
