For the Urbani family truffles have always been and still are a raison d'être. A bloodline that began with Costantino Urbani in 1952 and continued in time thanks to a love for the land, the trust shared with the hunters, the creation of an academy, a confraternity and a museum dedicated to the truffle. Today's Urbanis have opened leading branches overseas. In about a century, the range offered has expanded and diversified, also opening up to the world of mushrooms with a dedicated line. There are fresh and frozen truffles (all varieties), oils, sauces, ready condiments (artichoke and truffle; cream and truffle; tomato and truffle), butter, cream, oil and much more. There are also organic, kosher and vegetarian options.
