In this family-run business, love of truffles has been handed down from father to son. It is thanks to this knowledge and experience that production (from its own truffle woods), selection and marketing processes meet the very highest standards. The truffles, especially the white and black types, are sold fresh or preserved, either just in brine or in the form of creams, pâtés, sliced, minced, as sauces with other ingredients, or oil and butter condiments.
