In a small Alta Langa district, the 40 hectares of land produce PGI Langa Tonda Gentile hazelnuts which this family-run company processes uses to manufacture some tempting treats. Each stage of processing is carefully monitored to guarantee constant quality. In addition to various size packs of shelled hazelnuts, there are crushed hazelnuts and hazelnut paste, used extensively in patisserie and ice cream manufacturing. The spread is delicious.
