Pallini

Description

Nicola Pallini, an enterprising young man from Civitella del Tronto, moved to Antrodoco to expand his trade: the products included his own liqueur. In 1875 Antica Casa Pallini was created and the talent of his descendent Virgilio did the rest. In 1922 the business moved to Roma where he met a young Russian with a passion for chemistry. This fortunate meeting brought family experience and tradition to the fifth generation in Rome's only distillery. The company is a leader in liqueur production in Italy, with Mistrà and Sciroppi, and other products include Sambuca 313, created in 2010 to celebrate 135 years of business, and limoncello, Antico Amaro, maraschino and Gran Caffè, from a venerable company recipe.
