It all began in the 1940s from an idea by Giovanni Palombini, a creative man with a gift for innovation, as well as a great coffee expert. He set up the company and it soon became a benchmark for Roman consumers, and he was proud that his coffee was always mentioned as Pope Paul VI's favourite. His son Aldo inherited his passion and led the industrial development of the family business, establishing and expanding it over time with patient care over the production process, meeting consequently with success and distribution in Europe, North America and Asia. Today the range covers all taste demands: strong coffee for the morning, Arabica with low caffeine content for breaks at work, and decaffeinated to end the day without foregoing the pleasure of a good espresso.
