Since its inception in 1989, this artisan producer has specialized in manufacturing sweets and quality baked goods. Featured products include fried dough strips (bugie di Carnevale) with many different fillings (apricot, chocolate/hazelnut gianduja, cream, cherry etc.), pies, tarts (which are still made by hand and are available with alternative flours such as spelt, rice, corn and whole wheat), biscotti (shortbread, crackers and sugar-free varieties, which are perfect for the health-conscious) and melba toast (also available in spelt and sugar-free varieties).
