Since 2000, Bioalimenta has made a name for itself producing gluten-free foods aimed at celiacs. Their selection, which goes under the brand Farabella, comprises gnocchi, pasta (both dried and fresh), bread, flours and baked goods. All their products are made with choice ingredients that are certified "Spiga barrata" (wheat-free) and GMO-free, with production carried out using modern equipment in their Bioalimenta plant in Fara San Martino. Their pasta, which is wire-drawn in bronze and dried at low temperatures, is available in a variety of shapes and sizes.
