The Faccilongo and Albano families oversee this small, sell-sufficient agricultural producer (organic since 1994) specialized in bottled vegetables, especially tomatoes. Their products are cultivated directly on their private terrain in Lucera, between Tavoliere delle Puglie and Daunia. All their tomato products are excellent: purees and peeled tomatoes (prunill, Roma, pomodorino pugliese, red and yellow datterino), spaccatelle tomato fillets, creams, dry and semi dry products, and ready-made sauces. We shouldn't forget their artichokes (in olive oil, water or as a pâté), and their olives (either whole or in a pâté).
