The lovely Albergo Trieste hotel hosts this nice family-run restaurant, which has built its success on the quality of its dishes and the art of hospitality. The dining room is intimate. There are a few well-spaced tables set amidst a relaxing atmosphere of trim elegance. The service is managed with charisma and professionalism; the staff calmly advise their guests, guiding them in the choice of wine (the cellar is full of interesting options) without being suffocating or pushy. Piergiorgio Siviero brings the experience he acquired in great international venues to the kitchen, and puts it to good use by proposing two experimental menus, their Istantanee (6 or 10 dishes for 80 or 110) or the Campagna Liquida, which draws inspiration from tradition and territory. Bravo, everyone.
