For guests looking for more familiar dishes, there's the Osteria, which continues to offer tempting flavors that draw heavily on the territory (cod, snails, bigoli). Their creator is still the marvelous Alessandro Dal Degan, the ingredients used are available, in part, at their "Dispensa" shop. Another level of quality and a different menu await diners who opt for the space where the chef's creativity can fully express itself, like the multifaceted tasting menu "In cammino" ("On the road"), which features the eloquent caption "Feet on the ground and head in the air". Then there are skillfully executed vignettes, like venison tartare with mushroom ash "alla cervella fritta", mayonnaise and glasswort, or the white risotto with horseradish, acetified blueberry, long pepper and mugwort, or the extraordinary creation based around grilled smoked veal. Exceptional wine cellar and service (overseen by Enrico Maglio). Other hits include their delicious breakfast (35) where local specialties and self-produced delicacies are served, and the overnight stay/spa package, which includes aperitifs, lunch, snacks and dinner.
