The Covid-19 pandemic left all kinds of carnage in its wake. One of the many stories was the failed reopening of Spinechile, the splendid creature of well-known and talented chef Corrado Fasolato. Fortunately it wasn't an "adieu", just an "arrivederci". Reopening was scheduled for 12 October 2021. The restaurant has been well reviewed from the outset, but for obvious reasons we had to suspend judgment, even if we're looking forward to having the chance to once again enjoy the view from one of their tables in the welcoming, polished resort in the woods over Schio.
