Giancarlo Bellino and his brigade work with high-quality ingredients, expertly authoring elegant, pure dishes: scampi in saor; lasagnetta with duck ragout, saffron and crusco pepper; sea bass with the flavors of the Venetian "barena" (seaweed, glasswort and fish broth). Hospitality and service are perfectly in line with the caliber of the restaurant. A wine list that will satisfy.
