Year after year, Giorgio and Chiara's commitment to quality is evident in a gratifying, carefully studied selection of food. Passionate and attentive, they offer simple but well-made dishes (don't miss the potato gnocchi with truffles) as well as pizza that boasts a light crust and a sauce that keeps getting better, cleaner and even more pleasant. Try the tasty round pie with duck and cherries: a flavorful base of fiordilatte mozarella accompanied by potatoes, goose breast, foie gras, cherries and their delicious coulure. The Margherita and Marinara are always excellent, as is the version with fresh buffalo mozzarella, datterino tomato sauce and basil pesto. Regulars never skimp on their apple strudel, done properly. The wine and beer list is interesting and robust. Attentive, courteous service.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
