A manifest originality (perhaps too much) characterizes the 16th-century villa that is both a luxury hotel and an exhibition space for modern and contemporary works of art. Within we also find a top-notch gourmet restaurant whose style and decor are in keeping with the hotel. It's here that Mattia Bianchi, a native son of Veneto who returned home after six years in London and Australia, authors dishes that bring together his broad-based international experiences with the flavors of his youth and Valpolicella. Lately main courses prevail: complicated elements, select, carefully prepared ingredients all skillfully combined by Chef Bianchi. Two tasting menus are available: 95 and 120. High-quality wines.
