The location has changed but the attention to detail and emphasis on excellence are still the same. Six different types of red Pizza Margheritas are available. Indeed, tomato is of particular importance here, from San Marzano to Corbarino and Re Umberto cultivars. Among their Neapolitan classics, you'll find the O sole e Napoli, topped with two types of Piennolo del Vesuvio tomatoes, Monti Lattari mozzarella, Agerola provola, parmesan and fresh arugula (added after baking). New fall additions include their "Pizze della salute" line (for the health conscious), like the Polifemo, with fiordilatte mozzarella, yellow piennolo tomatoes, salmon, seaweed, basil and turmeric. In terms of fried foods, they offer everything from classic potatoes and mozzarella to fried polenta and pasta omelette. Delicious fried pizzas are also available, from the simple version with tomato and mozzarella to tastier pies, like the Maestro (Cetara anchovies, zucchini flowers and pine nuts). The desserts also follow Neapolitan tradition. To wash it all down, they offer draft Neapolitan craft beers and wine (mostly from Campania). Quick, attentive and friendly service. They're planning to open a new location in Padua by the end of autumn 2021.
