A bedrock for Asolo locals and tourists visiting the splendid historic center. The café, founded in the early-19th century (it's a member of the Locali Storici d'Italia association), welcomes customers on a beautiful terrace overlooking the noble palazzos of Via Roma or in classically-furnished rooms adorned with marble columns (here you can sit on comfortable leather seats). In the morning you can count on coffee with a generous, full-bodied flavor to be combined with their classic croissants, but there are also artisan cakes (with almonds, walnuts) and tarts. At lunch there are quick dishes and snacks, including panini, tramezzini, toasted sandwiches and salads. As an aperitif there are plenty of drinks prepared with seasonal fruit as well as classic cocktails and a small wine list. Service is professional and well organized.
