Situated in the city's historic heart, just a stone's throw from Piazza dei Signori, this small café is dedicated entirely to quality coffee. It's managed with passion by Elisa Urdich and Fabio Tiralongo, who've put their commitment and expertise into guaranteeing excellent products. You can choose from various single-origin coffees, listed on the blackboard, as well as alternative brews: moka, aeropress, V60, chemex, French press and cold brew. The owners are always ready to describe the peculiarities of their grinds, the characteristics of their various modes of preparation, and to give all sorts of advice on tasting. At breakfast, their impeccable brews are accompanied by an enticing selection of artisan desserts (excellent cakes and cheesecakes). In addition to the online shop, as of late June, they've been operating their own micro-roastery in nearby Postioma. Elisa and Fabio dedicate the space to production, courses, tastings and direct sales.
