Zurich welcomed in April 2018 this elegant restaurant, the result of the collaboration between the historic Bolgheri estate and the Bindella family. Among the classics, we recommend the vitello tonnato and beef tartare as appetizers, the ricotta cheese ravioli with fine black truffle, and the generous double veal chop with stuffed artichoke to share. A noteworthy wine selection could not be missing, featuring Ornellaia and Masseto’s labels of great depth, as well as other Italian and French classics. Wide availability of large formats and a functional selection of wine by the glass. Professional service, to say the least.
