The man and the mind behind this authentic Neapolitan pizzeria is Joe Farruggio. Born in Sicily, he started his entrepreneurial journey as a pizza maker in New York City and managed to open Il Canale in January 2010. Made with traditional methods the pizza is certificated by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. The Margherita is not to miss. Simple and delicious.
